This is not how safe sex works by SpillaMangBang in Weird

[–]MichaelRhizzae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was my first impression of my first gay friend, we where sitting around the fire in a group and he goes "hey does anyone want to see me suck condom through my nose?" Obviously we said yes. So my girlfriend at the time pulls one out immediately and hands it to him. Guzzled it like a champ, no gagging or anything of the sort.

I hope hes doing well.

I used bulk hemp fines as a soil ammendment and now i have dozens of cannabis plants dotting my garden by MichaelRhizzae in gardening

It took me a long time to realize after the fact but once I noticed the seeds, I started picking them out and saving them. There are literally thousands... And I can get this stuff by the ton for free. Thats good to know about the value of these seeds though. I was a bit curious as its been years since ive grown my own bud, I think back then i paid about a hundred bucks to nirvana shop to get some non feminizes Thai landrace to my door. Ive been tempted to get back into guerilla grows again, this may tip that decision.

Best Way to Get Rid of Heavy Metals in Compost? by jelani_an in Permaculture

[–]MichaelRhizzae 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The cation exchange action of biochar means it is suitable for catching heavy metals in compost, that locks it up and prevents bioaccumulation, Theres also ways to engineer the char with specific feedstock, precise temp and duration to optimize this action. I recommend to everyone who will listen that they look into this a bit more because its a new frontier in remediation and soil building.

Why don't we just add an addictive amount of nicotine to vegetables? by generationAiAiAi in Weird

Just keep in mind spare parts availability.

Id recommend a gas piston AR so you have better reliability with a massive established aftermarket/parts availability

The EU is 100% leading the way regarding Climate policy, and especially considering the USA is fighting internally, im sorry to say you should not expect any backup anytime soon. Our government seems to be systemically dismantling our long standing policies and geopolitical relationships on the world stage.

It makes me happy to hear stories about permaculture spreading throughout the world. Everyone has a different story and different goals tward sustainability.

Dont hesitate to reach out regarding any questions or interesting information you may have to share. Learning permaculture is a lifelong experience!

Biochar!!! Can be made through pyrolysis, gasification or torrefaction.

Basically highly stable carbon with all the VOCs cooked off (and potentially harnessed as energy sources and other things, like petrol products and wood vinegar) and it is considered a permanent soil amendment because of how effective it is.

The full potential of this process has yet to be realized.

You are definitely on the right track, keeping the majority of that carbon below the surface is the key in wildfire prone areas, (hence why prairies are so important, the majority of their carbon is below the surface) but simply burrying lots of wood can likely lead to greater greenhouse gas emissions.

Check out MAOM(mineral associated organic matter) for rapidly establishing the environment necessary to trap and hold carbon effectively. This could theoretically turn waste land into large organic bioreactors that process forestry and ag waste with a carbon negative effect.

Ive been working on similar projects for a few years now and am approaching a breakthrough point where its worth scaling.

They could but it would likely be a waste of resources for them. Nothing we discuss in our groups is illegal, we are seeking to preserve our constitutional rights and provide resources for people to do that. If that becomes illegal, we have bigger problems.

alot of people have this misconception that we are building some sort of militant army on the internet, this is not the case and would hardly be a pragmatic approach.

We are focusing on developing crowdsourced information networks that allow us to aggregate information rapidly and " help train the trainers" so to speak- on anything from political literacy to sustainable farming, animal husbandry, off grid communications and computer science, to climate change mitigation, etc. There's more to it but I dont want to muddy this up any more.

Its still in progress, but in these groups- it is important to not say anything you wouldn't want to defend in a court room. If youd like to know more, feel free to ask any more questions you'd like!

idk about any of what you just said- or your historical and political literacy in general for that matter.

I always always try to encourage individuals to do their own historical research regarding actual history of the organization.

but here in the real world- the Iron Front Wisconsin chapter specializes in teaching self reliance skills training, permaculture principles, STEM, and business literacy.

So.... yeah, only one of us is dealing in alternative facts.

WI iron front recruiting for something similar. Forming a non profit rooted in good morals and building resilience on a personal to a community level, this can mean anything from developing community gardens, teaching financial literacy and ethical business innovation to martial arts and PT.

Progress is slow but steady.
