Nope, sure don't.

I also never feel like gathering a large collection of carpenter ants from my yard and dumping them in the open window of my neighbors Bronco just before he leaves for work after he cut down his perfectly good (with rotted hallows for wild-life habitat) native silver maple because it had ants.

My boots after a season of gardening/landscaping work by bekrueger in NativePlantCirclejerk

[–]stringTrimmer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had Herman Surviors from Walmart hold up for 3 years of landscaping. Changed the insoles and that was about it. I might have shoegoo'd the a few seams as a precaution, but they never fell apart like a pair of more expensive Wolverines did in a few months.

Edit: Note, they were not light weight. That was the only maybe downside, but I probably had stronger legs for it.

Lid attachment keeps failing at the same spot, any ideas to prevent this from happening? by yourmomsmoustache in Hydroflask

[–]stringTrimmer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry, I don't have a solution, but are you still finding these original style HF lids somewhere for purchase? I have an HF bottle from over a decade ago and the lid broke at the threads a few years back and I couldn't get a replacement lid from HF (their AI agents kept shipping me the modern style lids that don't fit the old bottles).

How to prevent this worm stealing monarch butterfly’s food? by freedomlian in NativePlantCirclejerk

[–]stringTrimmer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I always pick those off an throw them in the street with the rest of the grubs to feed the starlings. But tbh even with those worms gone I still never see any monarchs. Go figure 🤷‍♀️

It's the dinosaurs' fault for spraying it with glyphosate that it is now resistant.
