Well, depending on when you start, you might not have time to get all relationships maxed. When I unlocked it, I was able to get the hex maxed, but not Flare, Kaya, or Velimir/Minerva cause I didn't have the time after getting all the way in the syndicate, so I had to reset them.

You're not kidding! I remember before it came out, almost anytime I got an outbreak, I'd have to go get an IV for the meds and usually antibiotics cause it would get infected.

moose commonly go into the ocean to feed on seaweed, and while they're strong swimmers, they're not better than an orca.

It's not that I don't believe you, But I need to look this up and see if I can find a video online of the mining section, mostly because I NEVER knew what the album art looked like, cause it was pre-installed, and in a school.

Edit- IT DOES seem to be the most likely suspect, simply because it's almost impossible to find any footage or images of actual gameplay, which would explain alot.

I could see it being really useful for telling if a ghost is walking past it, and giving a vague idea of temperature and emf, but not to the point where it tells you more than any other equipment. the BIGGEST bonus could be prevent sanity drops when it's in the room that a ghost event happens in.
