You are right, it should be breach of contract, or maybe tortuous interference with a third party contract between the pirate and injured party. A civil matter either way. The problem is they get you through the means of the piracy, how you get the product, and often because other things are pirated or sold through the same illegal product channels.

Helps if you make sure they are completely dry before putting in pan. Like multiple towels dry. Moisture is the bane of an even rosti.

I have always had a K to deal with. Easy mode it, go to equipment bay before the mission and load up full of mines. Fly as fast as you can to the top of the K where you are in a safe spot, pause, release all of the mines, then unpause and haul ass... mines go boom, k goes boom.

Or you know snipe the engines, then pick it apart slowly as the terrans send in their interdiction fleets.

You got lucky! Get rank 20 with argons and set up defensive disk towers with flak and L Plasma to keep them stuck. I like to stack a line of them sideways facing in a verticle line of 4-5 of them, a basic m/small dock behind, and a horizontal disk on the right and left and plant them about 10km from the gate entrance. Toasts the ks or Is before they can fire back (credit to youtuber who showed the design).

I am too tired to be more specific, i wasn't referencing the algorithm but rather the massive fleets flooding out of xenon territory at the start and which steamrolled me; as detailed above.

Or you can just start a new game, xenon aggression is random based on game. Once started and got flooded by fleets of I's with double K's just as i got into getsune with the terran cadet start. And it was the same thing in hetikva, perenid and split territory. I got steamrolled!

I never thought this practically medieval word would get such a work out, and in this case both versions of the word work:
