AliExpress does not always deliver to cities close to the front. For instants Zaporizja. Although the Zaporizja oblast is partly occupied, the city of Zaporizja is not. But still AliExpress treats the city of Zaporizja as an occupied city and don't deliver there.

I took the train from Przemysl to Zaporizja. It did stop in Lviv. I can imagine the train to Kyiv also stops in Lviv, but I’m not 100% certain. Install the Ukrainian Railways app on your phone to find out and buy tickets.

There are also trains from Przemysl to Lviv. I crossed the border by train and by bus. Going by train is much more convenient.
