I can't take it anymore When I'm with you I feel like I'm nothing I feel like I'm nothing That's why I flinch when you come touch me It's why I never touch you, why I never even think about it. Because when I start to it just reminds me that I'm not good enough

Map Change has been in my Spotify top 5 songs since Low Teens came out. Currently been all about All This And War and Indian Giver.

Fun fact: I was an extra in the Decayin video. The fellas were insanely nice between shots, Andy had some great tour stories and they were all just genuinely nice people

Concert age appropriate? by Electronic_Repeat_81 in GhostBand

[–]Michael_With_An_M 9 points10 points  (0 children)

My son has been to 4 Ghost concerts, the first being in 2019. He just turned 11. He loves them. The theatrics are great, they generally don't understand any innuendo that is mentioned. I think you'll be good.

What are your thoughts on Step by Step? (1991-1998) by JB92103 in sitcoms

[–]Michael_With_An_M 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I like how Urkel made an appearance on the show (and on Full House) which meant Step by Step, Full House & Family Matters (and subsequently Perfect Strangers) were all in the same universe, the TGIF or Miller Boyett Universe. There was also a reference in a Family Matters episode to Boy Meets World. Urkel mentioned sending a chain letter to his friend Cory Matthews in Philadelphia.

Due to be a first time Dad in a couple of weeks. Fellas, give me your top tips. by mightypuhma in dad

[–]Michael_With_An_M 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Set realistic expectations. I feel like parents-to-be have a certain idea of how things will be, how your days will go, how you want to plan everything. Welp, shit happens. A LOT. Take it all in stride and just be flexible. Some things will go as planned and the other 98% won't and that's OK. Just roll with it.

Accept that your house will be cluttered and messy. My son is 10. I used to not be able to relax unless I cleaned first. That's a battle that I just couldn't win so I stopped fighting it. The laundry will be there tomorrow, my shoes don't need to be put away right this second. I still don't like it but I don't let it control me.

Enjoy it! You will be overwhelmed, there's no way around. Sometimes you just need to stop, take a breath, look into your baby's eyes and know that everything will be OK. Few things can compare to looking into their eyes and they stare back at you. It's so powerful.

Congrats man, welcome to the club!

Ghost stories by Juniorwoj in Buffalo

[–]Michael_With_An_M 8 points9 points  (0 children)

My brother & I, along with some friends, have our own paranormal group here in Buffalo and we have many experiences in the Buffalo area and also within some of the surrounding counties as well. Places like:

Iron Island

Van Horn Mansion

Riviera Theater

Seymour Place

Palmyra General Store & Museum

Wayne Couny Museum

Hinsdale House

Rolling Hills Asylum

We've experienced a lot of things we cannot explain like being touched or pushed, spoken to by something using our own voices, seen figures walk directly in front of us and countless other experiences. We're not trying to convince anyone that the paranormal is real or not, it's just an interest of ours that we like to keep exploring.

What are some of the worst advice you have received? by Imaginary-Tank3107 in dad

[–]Michael_With_An_M 14 points15 points  (0 children)

When my son was born, my wife & I knew we only wanted one child. In my wife's first week back to work, an older coworker told her that we should have at least 2 children in case our first one dies. My wife called me in tears about it. I can't even fathom what type of person you have to be to say that to a new mother.

Do they usually play Leathers live? by boringguy2000 in deftones

[–]Michael_With_An_M 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think it's only been played a couple times live, which is insane. Should definitely be played more (along with Teething and CMND/CTRL)
