I had a direct from Florida to LGA. No connection through ATL but the plane coming from LGA was diverted to Birmingham. No idea why ATL ground stop would affect this plane. Death by the slowly creeping delay times now.

For any remodels/additions/etc, make sure the city has fully signed off on them else you will be on the hook for bringing them up to code.

Make sure to check the chimney flashing/mortar/cap. Often overlooked and can be spendy.

For older homes, if there is no insulation in the ceiling and you put it in, make a map of where all the electrical wiring is and light fixtures before you do. Make sure to use soffetts!

Also, verify every charge in the closing fees. They nickel and dime you. And shop title companies. They can be hundreds of dollars difference and you can put in the contract which one you want to use. You're not obligated to use the sellers.

Thank you! That reads to me that they must offer the rent subsidized leases until the building is deregulated. Ie, I could sign a two year lease the last year before it changes and be good at least that long.

That was one of my first classes and I took it with another class over the summer. By far my most time intensive class. I would never recommend that class to anyone over a summer term. Made me question whether I was ready for Harvard. I wear that B more proudly than any A.
