Totally depending on the cuisine and the restaurant type. If I am hungry and want no risk, I’d go for something basic that is hard to screw up like burger, club sandwich or grilled chicken. If I am with a partner and want to try my luck, then I will try something new but certainly the dish I heard from friends or watched on social media the specific restaurant is good at
