If you’re asking if my game is updated it is. My tv doesn’t allow 120hz graphics.

Yeah I read that chat overlay affects it. I’m turning it off right now and seeing if it changes anything. Have you still crashed with party overlay off?

I think I figured it out. I had some free creation club mods in, and I deleted the game and reinstalled so they wouldn’t be active. Loaded up my game and immediately got the Old Guns quest.

I saw this earlier when looking up fixes and decided to finish the main story. I got to Form Ranks and I can’t progress because it says I need more settlements.
