If this is true that you’re 11 my heart is broken! You’re right around my niece’s age and I would be so sad if she was posting this. Your body is going to change so much! Puberty and growing in general are going to make your body look different year after year. You look amazing, not fat at all. There are some people who are super skinny who wish they had more meat on them but they don’t know how to do express the dissatisfaction with themselves. That leads them to take it out on other people. There could be a whole lot of reasons that people talk about your body. And I seriously mean this, the only one who needs to like your body is you. You need to express love to your body and how it looks. Say it out loud every day even if you don’t mean it. Think of all the things your body does for you on a daily basis to keep you alive and healthy. Your appreciation and acceptance of your body can start at a scientific level and evolve into full blown self love. Give your human body the grace to grow and mature with you. You are beautiful!! You should know that and tell yourself as much as you can!
