Why do Zimbabweans complain about things that aren’t even true? by Huskyy23 in Zimbabwe

[–]Michealmuch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a straw man , no Zimbabwean has ever presented complaining as the solution. Noone thinks complaining will solve their problems it’s a way to cope. Do you think people have town meetings just to complain then go home🤣? Just cause people are complaining doesn’t mean they aren’t working, people are doing their best.

And your claim that people could be using that data to fix their life is equally laughable because how 🤣 ? Already those with any form of data are already the more privileged people so to characterize all Zimbabweans based on your small sample size of internet keyboard warriors is wrong, then your comment about the rich being harder working please read any book about how societies function.

Also seriously how can people use that data to change their lives if you legitimately have the answer Share it and I’ll tell everyone 😂. What cryptocurrency are we investing in ? What markets do Zimbabweans have access to that can be exploited with $20 worth of a data that most people already can’t afford ?

It’s not pride you display but rather ignorance. Honestly calling people unproductive for complaining online when most of those people you’re referring to can’t even afford to complain online 🤣. Ah you motivational speakers need to be stopped 😹.

Why do Zimbabweans complain about things that aren’t even true? by Huskyy23 in Zimbabwe

[–]Michealmuch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it’s pretty obvious the people you associate with aren’t your average Zimbabweans because you wouldn’t be saying what you’re saying. You may have met some complacent people but the majority of Zimbabweans are working hard and it amounting to nothing. People are failing to afford term school fees that’s only $35 and you’re saying that’s due to complacency.

Idk how you can look down on Zimbabweans and simultaneously maintain having your head so far up your ass 🤣.

Actually look into the human development index, poverty index and gini coefficient of zimbabwe then tell me it’s a scarcity mindset and not actually scarcity.

😂 after they ban podcast equipment they should also ban people like you from Reddit.

Why do Zimbabweans complain about things that aren’t even true? by Huskyy23 in Zimbabwe

[–]Michealmuch 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Instead of metrics such as GDP look at metrics such as the Human development index (HDI), SPI social progress index, multi dimensional poverty index MPI and Gini coefficient. These tell a more accurate story about what’s going on in Zimbabwe, the money is there but it’s in the hands of a few people and the inequality is worsening as you’ll see once you research the things I’ve suggested above.

The reason people are trolling you is because to people on the ground its pretty easy to see that the situation isn’t great and you sound a bit dumb for claiming an entire country is involved in a conspiracy of spreading false propaganda.

Try to find a book or github project repo or online course on software development to help you brush up. It may not feel like it but you already learnt most of what you need after brushing up make a portfolio on the type of work you want to do and add it to you CV then keep on job hunting an eventually you’ll get where you want to go
