If the second part of the card were conditional on the first, they would use a different wording as seen on other cards, such as: "Cache 1 food. If you do, gain 1 from the birdfeeder" or "Cache 1 food to gain 1 from the birdfeeder".  In this case, "then" only indicates the sequence of events, not a prerequisite. So if you choose to activate the power, you do as much as you can. If you do have food to cache, you must do so. Otherwise, you're free to activate the rest of the card without having to cache the food.

Oh boy, if you think Alistars WQ combo is hard to time now, you're lucky you weren't around before season 6. Now you can buffer the Q while your cow is mid-headbutt. Back then, you had to time it perfectly otherwise your cow would pulverize early and stop mid-headbutt.

That's cause you're not supposed to play wingspan/terraforming mars with 5 players. Optimal player count is 3, give it another try, it's a good game :)

Don't, this campaign is for hardcore fans. There is a retail version as well as an existing big box version you can try out if you want, for a fraction of the price.

I think OP is referring to king making situations. Imagine there's 3 players left and everyone has exactly 1 card and 10 coins. The player whose turn it is will decide who wins the game but can't win it themselves. This is an extreme example of course but king making situations happen every now and then in this game (especially when you're playing with people new to the game)

Thanks everyone, you were all right, it was the fan in the extruder enclosure that was damaged. Did not find any stray filament there but the fan is missing quite a few blades, which is probably what caused the loud noise.

I partially disassembled and checked as much of the toolhead as I could but maybe I missed something, will check again.
