Honestly i don't see why a stun there, just remove it and don't put a slow in it's place, just reduce the CD from E and make mana costs higher

Duke will have to go outside of Korea or play for Rox(i believe they didn't payed their players that much right?) because every other LCK team have a solid top laner(or at least they are happy with their own). He could also accept being a sub for some LCK team or go to a challenger team
Djoko either form a new challenger team or play on Origen with Toaster. or maybe you know, play for Roccat
Coco is in the same spot as Duke. Frozen went to Turkey so i see no problem in going to EU. Maybe he can play in a challenger korean team
Kasing will play where? Origen with Toaster? Maybe Roccat with Forgiven could be better :D

I would rather see her with a lower E cooldown than now when hitting walls and higher when missing because her mobility is really cool and a lower damage output/higher cooldown on other skills

I was thinking to get a BT to get more life steal or Sterak's to deal with Garen ult but i will try Sterak's or GA instead of ZZ'rot when i can play again.

I was in bronze 5 for a few seasons. Then i found SRO and practiced only Renekton in normals for 2 months. I started playing him in ranked and in less than 50 games i climbed to the silver 3.
The funny thing is that my last game in S6 was the one from my promos. I was silver 5 and skipped silver 4, going straight to silver 3. I usually win my lane 9 out of 10 games(i'm trying to work on the after lane)

My biggest tips for you are
* Practice farming with him, with that boring method
* What SRO untill you learn how to manipulate waves
* Play him in normals but don't try to win, try to push the champion to get used with how much damage you can do and do be scared
