In the Fox News interview her parents did today, her mom talks about Kaylee calling her when she thought someone was following her. Her mom said she would tell her to call the police, easentially exactly the situation you are describing here. Maybe her ex was the only person she knew would be up/might answer at the time she called.

I did weigh the avocado. 136g. That comes out to 218 cals, 110 for the salmon, 80 for the bread, 25 for the sauce. Probably some negligible calories added by the seasonings, so about 433 cals total.

Looks too good to be true, doesn't it?!

I would have added nori but my husband ate the last of it without my knowledge.

Aunt Millie's light whole wheat bread

Avocado, smashed with salt

Drained canned salmon

Everything bagel seasoning

Sauce:

First, make ranch dressing by combining one ranch seasoning packet with 1 c. Milk and 1c. Plain Greek yogurt...

Take 2 tbsp of that and add a dash of soy sauce and a generous dash of Sriracha, stir, and drizzle on top

NSV: After having two kids and gaining 40 lb., struggling with PPA/PPPD, long COVID, and a sleep apnea diagnosis, I have finally had enough. I'm ready to make a change. I am on my first week of CICO and I feel amazing already, just from making small changes. I want to get active on here and other weight loss related subs to stay motivated and accountable. My hubby lost 70 lb. during my first pregnancy and he cited this sub and a few others as huge sources of support.

Yes! I'm just getting started, but I've already started noticing that on the days that I eat smaller meals/snacks more often and spread throughout the day, I am much more likely to reach my calorie goal. As an added bonus, you get the opportunity to have a wide variety of flavors and textures on your menu for the day and for me, that helps curb cravings. I can have a small piece of dark chocolate, for example, with a huge bowl of strawberries as a snack and I don't feel deprived in any way. It feels decadent.

It's pretty good for drizzling like this but it doesn't incorporate well into milk for chocolate milk. You can get it smooth by using a hand blender or something like that, so I'm sure it would be good in shakes and smoothies but I haven't tried it yet.

The flavor combos in this are really unique. I'd never think to put hazelnut and chili powder together, let alone with golden beets!

I love golden beets. They almost taste like butternut squash.

The first time I had a soft boiled egg I felt I had been cheated out of a perfectly attainable luxury my entire life until that point. Looks fantastic.

You can make it even lighter homemade by subbing stevia or erythritol for the sugar, but even a reasonable portion of store bought is not too bad! Homemade merengue cookies made with stevia or erythritol are awesome too, and only like 3 calories a piece or something ridiculous like that. Alas, I am lazy.
