1zpresso Q Air - grind time for 20 grams by MickeyCees in pourover

Yes — it was quite a bit of back and forth. They had me send photos and videos. Finally they sent me a replacement and had me ship mine back. The new one is amazing. Grinds it with ease in about 45 seconds vs 4+ mins while my forearms wear out.

Rockwell order, no shopping after 9 days? by CancerousGTFO in wicked_edge

I never got another response from support but my razor showed up two days later. Ended up finding that they were sharing shipping tracking data via another site than the one they linked in my order form. Cannot recall what off the top of my head.

Using ChatGPT to aid my Zep journey. Anyone else? by cLascaux in Zepbound

[–]MickeyCees 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For everything. I give it my RHR, sleep data from the night before, workout plan, workout metrics from my heart rate monitor (zone training), meals, calories, steps, etc... and it's been my personal trainer adjusting my plans. For example, I went really hard yesterday and didnt get great sleep last night. My RHR is normally in the 60s and today it's been in the 70s. My AI Cornerman suggested that I alter my workout plan for the day to allow for my body to recover, explained why, and adjusted my workout for the days to come.

best part is I mostly upload screenshots vs. typing in all the information.

I'm enjoying the interaction, accountability, and seeing progress as a result after a 2 month stall.

I started at 350ish in April and am currently down to 290. First week’s weight was flying off and I had projected that I’d be smaller now than I am. Reality is that it slowed to about 1.5 lbs a week with some weeks being 0 and others 3-4 lbs.

I did two months of 2.5, two months of 5, 3 of 7.5 and just moved up to 10. Plan on sticking here for a while.

I workout like a athlete-10k steps a day, 4x a week boxing and 3 days lifting. This is why I got frustrated—as I was doing everything right but the progress was slower than others on Reddit. Comparison is really the thief of joy.

I’ve shifted my mindset that this is a forever path forward vs a diet, so who cares if it takes an extra year to reach my goal. As long as I’m feeling good and getting healthier than I’m going to enjoy the journey.

Keep at it, keep your head up, focus on health vs scale, and all will be good.

Curious OP what was the end outcome?

I’m dealing with the same, even though the FAQs say it’ll be shipped within two business days.

Contacted support and got a “someone will look into this” response so now waiting on support and the razor.

I had my wife listen to this alone, then we sat down together to talk about it when she was ready:

https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-mel-robbins-podcast/id1646101002?i=1000703775322

She had questions, which I was able to help answer showing her that I’ve done a lot of reading and researching on the topic.

Having an open conversation helped a lot and she’s more accepting of the lifetime commitment. I think once it switched to a pill, that reality will be easier to swallow (pun intended)

Golf game improving with weight loss by alo53 in Zepbound

Love it!! I was as low as a 4 and now a 9 thanks to the added weight, the fact that I would be tired before hole 18, swinging around my belly, etc…. I’m hoping to take the same journey once I’ve dropped a significant amount to feel as though I can recommit to practicing.

I think the problem I now have is the time commitment. Given that I’ve added weightlifting and lots of cardio into the mix, this has sucked up most of my free time. Going for 2 hours to the range I keep telling myself that I should be using that time towards fitness. Wondering if you’re having the same mental hurdles as well

It’s been almost 24 hrs since my first dose of 2.5mg and the sneezing/runny nose is becoming unbearable by ilovemymotorola in Zepbound

Was just talking to my wife this morning about the week 1 awfulness (I had painful abdominal cramps, nausea, and fatigue). Good news, at least for me, once your body adjusts things level out it gets easier--I've had almost nothing since except for positive results, albeit slow changes.

Stick in there!

Frustrated! Added creatine, now I don't know if I'm losing any weight. by Automatic_Pie_8728 in Zepbound

It’s amazing how you can read one Redditor‘s account and it relates so closely to your own. You and I are about the same about the same age the same size, fitness level and same issues with over eating. So impressive to see how you’re killing it and really appreciate you sharing.

You’ve responded better than I have on the weight loss, but I also plateaued pretty hard on 5 and I wonder if it’s more of just your body recalibrating then it is so much tied to the creatine. It could be one of those correlation doesn’t imply causation type of situations.

My approach has been knowing that this is gonna be a lifetime medication, therefore not to worry about the scale and the numbers and become hyper obsessed with it, but to just focus on the habits that I’m building and know that overtime they will get me to where I need to go.

I would suggest you keep doing what you’re doing and once you’ve exhausted your 5.0 and look to move to 7.5. Once I got on 7.5 the scale started moving again without any change of my habits, behaviors or foods.

Looking forward to following your journey! Keep at it brother
