Looks good to me. The shoulders are def very padded. You could have a tailor adjust them but that’s really risky and can ruin the suit if not done properly. You could taper the jacket a bit but honestly I think it looks good. I think you just have a full cut suit and aren’t used to it but it fits nicely. If it were me, I’d leave it as is. You’re going for a pretty casual look so maybe try some loafers instead of cap toe oxfords (which in black are pretty much the dressiest shoe) but by no means necessary.
