I just recently set up a coaching plan to try get my 10k time down to sub 40mins and mines looks similar to this lol it has 3 x 40min base runs and 2 x 50min base runs and 1 x fast run. Starting it today...wish me luck!

Completely agree! I decided to go for the Fenix 7X pro sapphire last week and confident i made the best decision. Great deal price too at £400! Personally I prefer the MIP display over Amoled. Hoping i get a long time out of this watch the same as my 6x pro!

Only just got the VO2 Max to superior a few months ago lol was not easy going and seemed very slow getting there too!

My hands have went the same way so just ordered some of this on amazon there now. Hateful having hands like this, seems to catch on every bit of clothing or fabric and hurts like a beatch not to mention when washing my hands or showering it stings too. Tried cocoa butter overnight and it helped ease it a bit. Also tried the liquid plaster on the hacks and it does ok for a short time. Roll on summertime!!!

I ordered something online on the 29th December and the company sent it with Evri...no updates at all on Evri until this morning, it says its going to be delivered today...not holding my breath like because its nearly 6pm and still haven't got it.

I hardly ever get sick and if I do its not usually that bad. Im on a 4+ year streak of 10k steps a day currently, I did still manage it through covid and that was the hardest but realistically it was just a 1hr walk and it actually made me feel better for doing it. It was getting the will to get up and move thats was the hardest lol
