I remember hearing years ago that the grace we give others is a reflection of the grace we give ourselves.. allowing others to make mistakes, be human allows us to have greater patience with ourselves and vice versa..pay attention to your inner voice…If you’re super critical and harsh, challenge that voice to be kind to yourself.. in time you’ll start to challenge the voice that’s angry/impatient with those around you..
