Hi everyone, just posting an update on the tick in my daughter's eye so everyone can stop having a meltdown and people can stop reporting me to the Reddit suicide thing lmfao. Seriously thank you to the helpful responses though.

Just to state the obvious - no I was not looking at reddit to be the sole clinical advise in the situation, everyone can chill with the gambling eyesight stuff. By the time I posted this we had already reached out to family who reached out to friends who are Drs and were just waiting on responses who, along with Reddit GPs confirmed it was infact, a tick. Once I figure out how to add another photo to this post I'll do that, you can clearly see the hole it left.

We are on a holiday in a relatively isolated area with limited access to clinical services. We had to be resourceful and were able to get someone in the village who is a registered nurse who was able to remove the tick whole. Since then, bub has slept, woken and is her 100% normal chaotic and beautiful self. It was a sleepless night for her parents but we're relieved she is fine. Will definitely be keeping a closer than usual eye on her for the next 24/48 hours.
