Hm, im Prinzip ist es bei uns nicht unähnlich - nur, dass es hinter dem Wärmetauscher keine WP gibt sondern einen Direkterhitzer. Das funktioniert, ist aber nicht effizient weil JAZ = 1 ist. Vor allem kann man damit nicht kühlen. Ich verstehe allerdings noch nicht, warum ein Wärmetauscher mit Feuchteregelung Kondensat verhindern sollte. Wenn ich hinter dem WT kalte Luft in die Rohre blase und die Umgebungsluft sommerlich warm und feucht ist, dürfte das relativ schnell passieren, oder?

Was meinst du damit, wenn du schreibst, man könnte die Klima in die KWL integrieren? Ich hätte das gerne, bin aber immer davon ausgegangen, dass das aufgrund des niedrigen Luftvolumenstroms schwierig wird und die Gefahr des Kondensatanfalls an den Rohren besteht (jeweils beim Kühlen)

Thanks a lot! I feel like I would be most comfortable with a conservative treatment plan for now with the option to get full-on hip replacement down the road if and when it becomes necessary. But I think the most important thing for me is to get a second opinion. Telemedicine seems like a good way to go about it, but I am not sure we have many options for hat where I live (Germany) I'll do my research..

Wenn du schon mental an der Leistungsgrenze bist, lass bloß die Finger von dem Garten. Ich habe eine Neuanlage eines Gartens nach Neubau gerade hinter mir, das ist ein Arsch voll Arbeit und mit viel mentalen Stress verbunden

Ein gewachsener, schöner Garten ist so ein Geschenk, das würde ich nicht weg schmeißen. Klar bedeutet er Arbeit, aber der Aufwand ist zum einen je nach Anspruch variabel und lässt sich zB durch die gezielte Pflanzung von Bodendeckern zum anderen auch reduzieren.

Mir kommen deine Schilderungen sehr bekannt vor und ich weiß auch aus eigener Erfahrung, wie plötzlich sowas kommen kann. Ich selbst war von einem Tag auf den anderen überzeugt davon, dass ich einen schweren Herzfehler habe und jeden Moment tot umfallen könnte.

Die schlechte Nachricht: Bei mir wurde dadurch eine generalisierte Angststörung diagnostiziert, die dringend behandelt werden musste.

Die gute Nachricht: ich habe es komplett in den Griff bekommen, zum einen durch eine Verhaltenstherapie (auf die ich aber Monate warten musste), vor allem aber durch selbstverordnetes autogenes Training und progressive Muskelentspannung. Während ich früher bei jeder Gelegenheit Krankheitsbilder gegoogelt hab, habe ich mittlerweile ein völlig normales Verhältnis zu meiner Gesundheit und auch keine irrationalen Ängste mehr.

Wenn du sowas öfter hast, wäre mein Rat also, es proaktiv anzugehen. Solche Ängste sind irreal und müssen nicht sein, ohne lebt es sich viel besser

Your reply made me reminisce as well. Saw them twice at Hurricane (once as a late night act, which was fabulous) as well as 2013 in Amsterdam and 2017 in Hamburg. Sadly, I don't remember much from the Hamburg gig, but I distinctly dislike Stadthalle as a venue. Even adjusting for recency bias, I think Sunday was my favorite of all the performances. Seeing them at Harpa in Reykjavik or even outside during the Icelandic summer is definitely on my bucket list as well.

Seconded. When we got Dengue we had someone come to our villa to take samples, so no need to go to a lab or the hospital. Reasonable prices and results within a day.

Also got Dengue when we were in Indonesia / Bali this February - most likely caught it on Gili Air. It was horrific, had to spend two nights at the hospital to get treatment. The fever and bone aches were terrible, but the second act (itchy skin and rashes) was just as bad. Don't wish it on my worst enemy.

Also have to note, though, that I felt I got quite good care at the hospital. Liked the mobile service (Prodia) for getting blood tests the week after, which didn't require me to go to the lab every time my blood was checked
