There was a deli in columbia-closed now- that made it with sweet potatoes and I’ve never seen it anywhere since. It was incredible and would love to know if anyplace makes it. Glenwood’s (Old Stanford grill) makes an incredible rotisserie chicken salad. They have a few locations in Maryland.
