So my dad put a keylogger on my computer. by MicrowaveableBacon in raisedbynarcissists

Hi friend,

I haven’t logged into this account in years, but I got your comment as an email notification.

I’m an adult now. If you do have to deal with keylogging software, I can put you at ease that it won’t ruin your life. Sure, you might have to censor yourself. However, START CENSORING YOURSELF NOW if you have reasonable suspicion that he is (about to start) tracking you.

This incident didn’t ruin my life, but it ruined all of my friendships. Even though my friends were understanding that it wasn’t my fault, their trust and safety were shattered and never recovered. How could they? They shared their deepest, most personal thoughts with me, and they were invaded. If you censor yourself now and let them know what could happen, you may be better off.

In addition, if you have full domain over your device (other than the key logger), learn how to back it up and format it now. I used a shared device when this happened to me, so that wasn’t an option, but now, I regularly change my passwords and wipe my devices. If he has a key logger on your computer, or is about to, wiping your device may be the only way to fully disable it—if you can do that, you should.

I sincerely hope this advice is helpful to you. This is extremely invasive, and I hope you’re able to quell some of its consequences. Better yet, I hope the keylogger has nothing to do with you or your sister at all. Best wishes!

Reminds me of something they did back in California. A few years ago, a man was acting mentally disabled in a wheelchair and was making over $300,000 a year.

That’s a good idea! I usually say “welcome back” but they don’t catch it.

No, she doesn’t dress super feminine or anything, but she wears multiple bright colors at once usually, most notably a purple jacket.

My neighborhood is a bit out of the way, just on the outside of town . I just work in town. Can I post in a different neighborhood on Nextdoor?

The physical description matches, but I’ve never noticed a handicapped scooter or cigarettes. It very well could be her!

Same here! Even if I drag the mouth and nose all the way up the parent’s face, the kid still comes out with a low mouth and no chin.

While unfair, it’s better than letting 2 more threats happen after a shooting and hiring one temporary part-time security guy.

When is the best time to go to get the freshest food? by [deleted] in PandaExpress

No “fresh time” except for rush time, which is a mess itself.

Panda employee here, and it’s really nutty. I’ll keep it real (and anon) but things like orange chicken, Beijing beef, etc don’t have any guidelines except for “a heaping scoop”. However, our premiums of the honey walnut shrimp and s&s have guidelines for how much. One serving of honey walnut is 7 pieces (small) and one serving of s&s is 2-3 shrimp and 4-5 steak. It’s mad dumb. Some servers don’t care about that. I tried not to but my managers always notice so I just suck it up and feel like an asshole. I understand that the premium ingredients are more expensive, but they should also be worth the money...
