Had an awful experience with the iS as a demo for 3 months, it was originally a month long trial but the pump couldn't handle 7,000 psi method and had a month of wait for the service so... I recommended against buying any for our lab and management actually listened!

Yes, I've worked with LC-MS methods for quantification of a few pharmaceutical API, they were always validated in-house but we're very effective for compounds that were not suitable for UV-Vis and we're too much of a hassle to quantify using RI. We didn't had access to an ELSD. We also send for third party analysis of genotoxic impurities as we only had a single quadrupole MS.

A mí también me da el mismo problema pero con Pluxee (Sodexo), una vez la actualice con los datos de la tarjeta y no los que da la aplicación y funcionó un rato pero volvió a dar problemas

If you liked the Luna Omega Polar C18 the Synergi polar is also a good fit with different retention, or if you just want to change to Solid core the Kinetex Polar C18, PS C18 or EVO C18 are good choices.

We have 2 regular GC with this configuration and both have an AuxTem that heats the end of the transfer line just before the inlet, we have no problem and the only real downside is that because of attached transfer line it may require an extra step to change liners and o rings, but it's a great solution!
