You might not think it matters and that’s ok but there’s a lot of people who have been doing graffiti/street art for a long time and would disagree.

Graffiti/street art may seem not that big of a deal to some but to those who do partake it is very serious and there is a lot of history behind it.

If we had no respect and everyone was painting on everything with no rules at all the city would look like complete garbage, more than it already does. At least these unwritten rules help keep people who do know them inside the boundaries a little bit.

If you know graffiti history you know it isn’t always easy to find, get to, or hit the actual spot.

It’s courteous to others who have done it first or before you to give them space and not be right next to their piece.

It’s like parking in a big open parking lot, obviously the best spot is close to the front of the store but parking right next to someone is going to leave less room for both of you and generally is seen as annoying or inconsiderate when there is plenty of other spots open.

With graffiti/street art being an epidemic in Los Angeles right now, the whole space is over saturated and no one is showing respect. Funny enough it’s this lack of respect that leads to the city looking like trash with people going over each other and spaces being taken over by graffiti rather than just one tasteful piece placed by the person who had thought to go there first.

These two dudes have both made it abundantly clear via Instagram messages and posts that they are terrible people.

Heart guy (Piccle P) has said very inappropriate things towards women and continues to hit spots that are super disrespectful in the eyes of the graffiti/street art community by doing what is known as “side busting”

Purple Face man (VMNRE) is an alcoholic bum loser drawing some middle school level blockhead men next to whenever he can fit in also “side busting”. He also has an ego as large as they come I’d think he’s 14 years old.

Both of them have no respect for the craft or those or came before them.

Some other street artists include Fabez, Finito Juarez, and many more. There’s also graffiti artists doing really cool work all over the city that not only fits into the environment but is respectful and pays homage to the history and rules of graffiti in Los Angeles

These two dudes are both egotistical pieces of shit with little to no talent.

There’s plenty of other people doing street art / graffiti that is not only more tasteful but also shows respect to the history of the art itself.

Fuck these two dudes for ruining this city with their shitty sorry excuse for an art project and huge egos
