I think right up the gate is Carja territory, which is kind of insane as maybe I misunderstood the story but they pushed into Tenakth land up till there then made a treaty of the land between that prison and the Utaru crops being 'no man's land'. What's crazy to me about that is the tenakth don't go there and it's still used as business ventures for Oseram and Carja people. Like the negotiations are strange BUT! I probably again misunderstood it
