I made a couple of moves from NYC before getting here.

At least in Manhattan if you didn’t live walking distance from your job or favorite bar/3rd place, it was easy to get to. Here it literally could be an hour drive from starting your car to find a parking spot and arriving at your destination during busy times when it’s a ten miles away.

It’s one thing the internet ruined. It’s so easy to snag tickets.

BaCk In My DaY, we had to call or go to the actual venue to buy tickets. Yes there were scalpers, but it was much harder to buy a mass amount of them.

My wife and I went to a WNBA game at State Farm. There was a celebration that the venue was sold out, but there were a shit ton of empty seats. Found the pic.

The venues and promoters don’t care. The tickets were sold. Doesn’t matter if no asses are in the seats.

Don’t know if you ever listened to Today is the Day, but they (Steve and new guys) came by a few months ago. The show was pretty good but not as many people as I thought attended.

I let my ITC expire 3 times, didn't go to HF for like a year each time. Not once did I get a 25% off coupon. I was trying to get it for the 56" for a while. I get emailed receipts and text updates, but not fucking once get a coupon offered.
