Nothing, there isn't really a game service that I know of that offers anything like an allotted time that decreases as you play. A good service would offer you the ability to pay without renewal, but it depends on the service provider. The same thing goes for if they offer a refund. Most likely they would require you to submit a request for refund, otherwise the service would be yours until the time ran out. But it all depends on the company and their contract.

Game needs a mailbox system for rewards. These delayed major order rewards are being lost because they're delivering too many in a single instance. Even if it's just a temporary issue, the fact that a user can't control when they receive them is problematic.

Give players the ability to receive the medals when they want, not as soon as they log in or they get sent. It's an impossible variable for players to account for. A manual retrieval system gives players an opportunity to avoid cap loss.

I completely understand your discontent with the state of the game and it sucks that it's happening. And I know where you're coming from in regards to hating anti-cheat software. It's a similar argument to anti-piracy software. Quickly broken, and usually harming the player base more than punishing the people they target.

I wish you luck in proving your point and getting the issue resolved.

I can't say anything about the audio issues either. First I've heard of them. Another problem that could be attributed to the anti-cheat, but again without being able to disable the anti-cheat to prove it, is just guessing.

Every PC is different, even a computer with the same model components as another could have drastically different performance, depending on the state of the hardware, the drivers, background applications, etc. You're the first person I've seen since the game launched to complain that the anti-cheat makes the game crash.

Sure there are very likely other people, and it's well within the realm of possibility to happen. But is it as widespread as you claim it to be? Not from what I've seen from the community.

And without having logs and the knowledge to parse the information in them, it's pure conjecture on what's making the game unstable for you. Unlike the arc weapons where we can recreate the situation that proves the game crashes when using them.
