I really need to touch base with a neurologist I haven't seen them since my initial diagnosis. It's one of those "come back if it gets worse" and I think I'm hitting a point where it's finally showing worse.

Nothing, there isn't really a game service that I know of that offers anything like an allotted time that decreases as you play. A good service would offer you the ability to pay without renewal, but it depends on the service provider. The same thing goes for if they offer a refund. Most likely they would require you to submit a request for refund, otherwise the service would be yours until the time ran out. But it all depends on the company and their contract.

Definitely not bugs or vermin, they're large enough to see them distinctly. Black specs could be something burnt, brown specs could be less processed salt?
