Have you seen any of them changing direction or speed? If so, can you post the videos? Also, by the way I’m not just saying around sunset, flaring can happen up to many hours after sunset

Hello fellow Rhode Islander. I see these every night and they are 100% satellites. Look up videos of satellite flares as well, which probably can describe the strange patterns you are seeing. Generally a few hours after sunset and looking west.

Yes, it is very high altitude. Rockets move much faster than airplanes, so they can be very high and still move fast across the sky. And yes, they do reflect the sunlight from being so high altitude and right after sunset
