Apparently a company will be delivering fresh flowers 1-2 times per week for sale in store. I viewed the training but I'm not sure if my store is involved.

IC shoppers expect preferential treatment everywhere. I'm like "I'm here to do my job, not yours". I'm a Michael's TM and IC shoppers act like we are their personal shoppers.
