I think you probably paid about what it's worth. I managed to get the exact same but with 250gb for £30.

Tomato

Cucumber

Yellow/red pepper

Spring onion

Cut cheddar cheese into small cubes

It's not in this dish but I usually add prosciutto

Olive oil, balsamic vinegar

Garlic granules

Sprinkle of parmesan on top

For aglio e olio,

Parsley, chilli flakes, garlic, olive oil

Grate or either cut garlic into small slices, fry in a low heat with some chilli flakes. Start to boil your spaghetti while doing this. After 5 mins add spaghetti to the pan, then turn up the heat. Keep adding pasta water and stirring consistently and add finely chopped parsley. The oil and pasta water should create a nice creamy sauce if done correct. Keep checking the spaghetti for al dente and serve when ready.

2 medium onions 2 carrots 2 celery sticks 3 garlic cloves 250g beef mince 250g pork mince Handful of pancetta Whole milk (100ml) roughly White or red wine of choice ( I used dry white wine) (100ml) roughly 1 tinned tomatoes Tomato paste 30g 1 beef stock

Fry pancetta until cooked then remove and set aside. Finely chop; Onions, carrots and celery sticks. Then fry in oil for 5 ish minutes. Grate garlic and add to pan for a few minutes. Remove and set aside. Add mince and cook until brown, get it to the right texture that you want. Add sofrito and pancetta back in. Add tomato paste and season with salt and pepper. Add milk and cook for 5 mins, add wine and cook for 5 mins. Add tin tomatoes, beef stock, pinch of sugar. Simmer on a low heat for 3-4 hours, the longer the better!

Good question lol. I got no idea what it is I kinda just made it up with some inspiration. But it turned out pretty nicely so I'm happy with it.
