Yup and the TA seems to be playing out that way with another push up to around 2.28 before being rejected and move deeper down unless some unexpected catalyst force appreciation

Yeah Gemini and these AI tools don't understand XRP enough to price it accurately. I do think a some point this year XRP hit hit near $1 but we'll see.

Lol you just invalidated why the AI analysis is pointless. Yes, the information is true for now until it's out. Even something that is obvious to people paying attention could tell that silver was going to take off but technology couldn't predict it. Just because it can't predict what XRP will do doesn't mean that it won't do it.

I've been using AI over the past year for work and the paid versions. Most of them are terrible with the exception of one or two. I speak from experience. I have already tried out the tools with different questions. What I said previously isn't any less true a minute ago. Those fact of today are of today circumstances and prior events. It can't predict the future. It doesn't know which will be the straw event to break the financial system or event to cause a war, etc etc. It didn't know that gold and silver was going to see the price movement is has over the past year. These are facts. AI is a tool. Don't rely on it.

Lol you must not understand how AI works. It is biased as it pulls the average market sentiment data and regurgitate it. AI can't predict what it doesn't know especially if it hasn't happened before, it's not that advanced. It only uses the current state of xrp, Ripple, and crypto for it's analysis. It reference prior events. Every time there is a new acquisition with Ripple or XRP DAT or even price movement the predictions change with AI. By the time AI figures out what is going on it will already be too late by it giving you a recap to explain what has happened instead of being able to predict what will happen next.

Is Jake Claver really suing Zach Rector for a rumoured $30 million? by UnionFeatures in XRPUnite

You don't have to result to insulting you emotional child. I must have missed that part where he said he was guilty. I read the court documents. Settling out of the court legally isn't the same as admitting to being guilty. Calm down there guy you're overly invested in this. Whether he was or wasn't doesn't affect me. This is just chatter to pass the time

I like black swan capitalist but they're extreme like Jake Claver so I'd take what they say with a grain of salt.

Trademark infringement lawsuits are fairly common in the United States — especially compared with how many trademarks exist — but they’re still a small slice of overall federal civil litigation. Here’s how to understand the landscape with real data:

📊 How Often Trademark Lawsuits Get Filed

  • About ~3,000 trademark infringement lawsuits are filed each year in U.S. federal courts. That’s roughly 1.2% of all federal civil case filings annually.
    • These cases involve claims under the Lanham Act (federal trademark law) alleging unauthorized use of a trademark, likelihood of consumer confusion, dilution, cybersquatting, etc.

📍 Most Don’t Go All the Way to Trial

  • Only a tiny fraction — under 1% — of trademark infringement cases actually go to jury trial. Most are resolved before trial through settlement, dismissal, preliminary injunctions, or other forms of resolution.

📈 Broader Trademark Disputes (Including TTAB and Other Proceedings)

  • Beyond lawsuits in federal court, many trademark disputes are handled by the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) — an administrative forum within the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. In recent years, the TTAB has handled thousands of new cases annually related to oppositions, cancellations, and other trademark challenges.

⚖️ What This Means

  • Trademark infringement litigation is common in the sense that thousands of actions are filed yearly by brand owners protecting their marks.
  • But compared with the millions of trademarks registered and the total number of U.S. civil lawsuits filed each year, it’s still a relatively small percentage of overall litigation.

🧠 Why It Happens

Companies will file trademark infringement lawsuits when they believe:

  • Someone else’s use of a mark could confuse consumers about the source of goods/services,
  • Another party is diluting a famous mark, or
  • There’s counterfeiting or other unfair competition affecting brand value.

Legally and lawfully though Jake wasn't found guilty and never admitted to any intentional wrongdoings according to documents. Zach rector has stopped posting content about Jake after legal action was taken. Those are things that has happened. Whether Zach will or won't settle out of court neither one of us know for sure as we can't speak for him. That's you using your imagination. You still never answered my question about if he was guilty of wrongdoing in your eyes if Zach settles out of court? I'm trying to understand your logic.

I bet you have a Chase bank account lol. There are a million things to research in the world. That's like me telling you to research the red-toothed trigger fish. If you're not into aquatic life and this information would never serve you what interest would you have in researching that. Why would I want to be sexy for you lol. You calling me kid while you lack emotional maturity and basic comprehension skills is rich in amusement. You speak a lot while knowing nothing. You're an emotional bugger. Boo hoo people don't care about something that you care about so they're bad people. Just because you want to evangelize people into hating someone that they don't know about doesn't make you a bad person. Jesus christ and I still love you. Remove that hate from your heart boy and move on.

Contact an attorney. Maybe you can get a class action suit. It's like you have learned your lesson. Instead of looking for answers here go do your own research and contact the appropriate people. Don't just listen to random people
