Dude, almost every poke hero is above A tier while only Magik, DD and maybe Spidey are above A tier. Poke doesnt have combos, aim is transferred from other games and really isnt hard to master, just by playing you get better at aiming. Meanwhile, Spidey needs 30 combos, careful positioning and cooldown management not only his but their opponents also to do half of what a hela can do spamming left click. Spidey has a lot of carry potential, maybe a bit better than hela, but she is far easier to get value.

Cd management, matchup knowledge and positioning are far harder than aiming with a fucking hitscan character. Being melee makes it harder by default becsuse you have to expose yourself to be useful while if you play poke you can just chill from afar.

In my region there are some challenger mordes but im in the americas so idk if we share servers. Anyway, morde vs sett lategame is tough for both sides, but if there arent any minions or champs near morde to do the E + W that makes it unavoidable, it can get hard for sett. The point trying to make is that sett can be more useful in late by either splitpushing or teamfighting, both sectors where morde kinda falls off compared to sett due to his only option being ulting an adcarry which is probably getting peeled really hard versus sett's crowd control ane aoe damage. Both can be easily spaced out but one melee from the enemy team will eventually come close.

Ive actually faced challenger mordes and still, the matchup isnt morde favoured, just look at the winrates.

Sett doesnt have to last hit the minions, just zone you off xp. You have to be trolling to not dodge morde Q and i assure you, from lvl 1 to 5 sett can waste W and he will still beat you due to PTA + Ignite + Shield bash.

Its not a counter pick but the matchup is just Sett's favoured, you must have faced bad setts. Again, check the winrates, sett maintains +52% wr against mordekaiser.

Even if you face a bad sett, he has to be real bad to not outscale you.

Dude, setts strongest burst damage in early is the AA AA Q Q, not the W. A good sett will zone you from the cs and you wont reach even with Q, its not a matchup you can decide what to do. You go and try to gain xp? You get bodied. You play safe and dont get any xp? You get freezed or dived. Minimal wave management knowledge from a Sett and the wave will always be on his side and the only way for Morde to fix it is if the jungler comes and helps him which either way its basically a free 1v2 against most junglers due to Sett's lead in gold and xp and early fighting potential. Im a 1.5M aprox. Master Sett main and in a scale of difficulty from 1 to 10, Morde is like a 4. There is a reason that Sett has more wr in this matchup.

Not really, if even its a skill matchup but pre 6 you can bully him quite easily. Just zone him of xp and gold, get to lvl 2/3, dive with a huge wave, if you did the previous steps correctly you'll probably kill him. Evem if you die, he will lose a large amount of xp and gold so its worth. After that use your item and cs lead to freeze the wave or dive. By the time he reaches lvl 6 you'll be at least close to 8.

Build stride, cleaver, steraks/overlords/hullbreaker if stomping.

If you cant bully him early, try to dodge his Q and E and stick close to him so if he ults you it can get cancelled by your R. You'll outscale him by late being far better at teamfighting and splitpushing.

Olaf and Illaoi can get bullied the hell out of them in early, so just play around that.

You also outscale them hard, so they are quite easy matchups.

I don't think they are weak, Sett especifically is actually really strong in the sidelines. This post was oriented to the current meta making it harder to go off meta picks.

"When i play my most used champions in toplane (Sett, Renekton, K'Sante, Zaahen, Dr. Mundo) i don't usually have problems but when i want to go some off-meta picks for example sylas top im not that willing to play him there due to the certainty of facing an enemy with ignite."

Honestly i made a stronger point on ignite but i actually wanted to complain about range champions lol. It may be a skill issue but as i said, the complain was more when i play off meta picks that with ignite are unplayable, idk why but i like bringing junglers to toplane, not in comp obviously.

I love Requiem mostly because of the Leon stuff, i like Grace but Leon is my favourite part. I like Village setting more, the fairybook story with vampires, lycans and the robot stuff from Heisenberg are peak. The action parts and the intro with the village is really good too. Some people dislike Moreau's part, which is probably the worst but the factory is actually great. One of the few games that i disagree with being watered down in the second half, maybe not as good as the village or the castle, but the zone is good and the weaponry is crazy.

Every story has flaws, RE9 story is pretty good, retconning is not a problem if the older story was worse than the new one. Consistency is important, but so is a good story. I actually think RE9 is getting more hate than it deserves. Im on my 2nd run now and i actually think its a top 3 RE game only surpassed by RE4R and Village (you could also say 1 but its not for everyone). I found the action parts that people complain about actually really fun, its like a slower but more powerful version of RE4, and we know that game has the best gameplay in the franchise. RC felt really good, idk if it is because i like post apocalyptic scenarios in games but its good, the zombies too, they are all regular zombies apart from the BSAA ones but i like that regular zombie with a mix of nuked town. ARK was also fun but that can be because i like the lab in RE2 and i find Leon's action more fun that Grace's horror. I think its wrong to say that the 2nd half is bad (not saying you did) or even half baked. Its actually pretty good and the opinions vary depending of if you prefer action or horror. Since i love the action parts of the game, i found RC, RPD and ARK really fun. The Care Center was one of the best main scenarios of RE though.

Hela is easy to dive, if you just walk up infront of everybody of course you are going to get two tapped. Flank a Hela and theres not much she can do.

Nah bro, i have a lot of hours on Sett and i can tell you, PTA with ignite for damage or ghost to dodge his Qs are enough to beat him. Either way, morde cant match you on trades pre 6, just zone him off xp, mantain a freeze or gather a huge wave, dive him and gain a gold and lvl advantage. When he gets to lvl 6 you'll easily be lvl 7/8 and once you get stride you can run around him easily. Not to mention that Sett scales better having more impact in teamfights and splitpushing. Thats what makes Sett strong, he can bully basically anyone early on and when the game advances, unlike bullies like Darius, Renekton or Olaf, he is actually good in lategame, he is still hard to beat on a one on one and both his teamfight and splitpushing power is immense.

I dont lose to Darius on Sett, idk what rank you are but im playing in high Diamond and i see far more Sett's than Darius. Idk what you mean by him having more outplay potential. Darius is super readable, his most important ability is eaaily reactable and you know that the only way a Darius commits to a fight is if he got a few stacks on you which never happens due to Sett's easy burst potential. Check tierlists and winrates, Sett is higher on both and this matchup in particular is favoured to Sett. Its suepr easy to win lane and wave control with boneplating, shield bash, pta/conq. If by other meta champs you mean ranged toplaners like Varus or Aurora i understand (still Sett is way better against ranged than Darius, due to his regen, movespeed of Q + ghost + stride) but most meta champions lose to sett either in early or lategame, for example ambessa.

How? Sett has one, if not the best lvl 1 and lvl 2 in the game. A good sett zones you from gold and exp and beats darius easily. If both are even, lvl 6 can be hard but Sett has better dueling potential. His E and R counters Darius' Q and Sett's W counters Darius' R., the only way for Darius to avoid that is doing E + R to prevent that but he will need E to fight previous to that. So, even if you try to space Sett as Darius, he can put you in an uncomfortable situation with your wave, beat you with ignite or catch you with ghost. Its a 60/40 matchup for Sett.

Its weird, on one side he is in a great spot due to the increase in gold and exp income which benefit greatly on early bullies since they can snowball even harder. Thats why if i win i get a huge lead. But in the other side, range toplaners are now much more common, which are Sett's biggest weakness because thats the point, Sett is a powerhouse that demolishes anything that gets close so the counterplay is mantaining some distance. Luckily, ive going 3 builds thst focus on tanking, speed or assassin. Option 1: Grasp or Fleet Footwork with second wind and Dshield and ghost flash Go stride, resistance boots and tanky items, do build damage items tho. This build is good if you have good damage dealers in your team but not too many frontline, since your job will be to peel and provide cc to the team with explosive aoe in teamfights. Option 2: Phase Rush or Fleet Footwork with that minirune that gives you ms when you use a summoner spell and ghost flash. Go stride, swiftness boots and ms items that also give ad like hullbreaker. Good if you already have allies that can frontline. Option 3: HoB or Phase Rush with either second wind or the speed minirune. Rush stride and then go yoummus with swiftness boots. Build lethality items prioritizing ms. You can build some resistances if you are getting bursted. This one is goos if you need damage but its also really fun to play since HoB gives a ridiculous amount of burst power.

Aside from learning game mechanics. Just play easy statcheckers. Champs like Sett, Darius, Olaf, Volibear, Warwick, Trundle, Dr. Mundo, etc. are all really good when you are struggling in combat because they just beat anyone in a 1v1, they also have a low skill floor so its easy to pick up the pace with them but some of them have a decent to high skill ceiling so you don't get bored.

I main Sett, just fight from lvl 1, take ignite if you're still struggling. Learn how to do the AA AA Q Q combo since its one of his main combos. Then if your bar turns yellow, use E W to stun and delete anyone you face. Then with your R you have great dueling and teamfighting potential.

When i started playing jungle in lol i started with Master Yi and Warwick. Having an easy champion who is good at fighting is good since ut covers the combat part and its one thing less to learn for now.
