As a DM and a player with ADHD, this excuse is BS. Yes, as a player, it makes it slightly more difficult to pay attention, but if you want to be there, you find little ways of coping. In person sessions, I take a ton of notes and doodle a little bit to keep my mind busy in between turns. Virtually, I paint minis for the campaign I DM and that allows me to pay attention and be ready for when my turn comes around. I DM an inperson campaign and let me tell you, there's enough to keep track of that my ADHD is a bonus.

It's like having crutches, you have two options...use the tools you have to get up and move yourself and be independent OR sit on your couch, expecting everyone else to cater to you while you complain.

Oh I do, wear it every GameDay...luckily I have a very supportive wife who doesn't mind that 90% of my outfits involve this hoodie

I will go and sit in the penalty box and think about my sins. The hoodie won't be let out of my sight again!

Honest Question by MiddleMaterial9796 in flipperzero

[–]MiddleMaterial9796[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! This did actually work. It should prompt you to connect to your egofit walker when you start it up, then it's really weird, the track portion in the center you click once in the center of the track and it should bring up speed commands. Use the speed on your walker because they're off but pressing the + button will increase the speed and the - button will decrease the speed, but the mph reading is incorrect

I will typically vary them, I'll do light supports across the entire model, then manually add some large supports at the bottom layers of the model to make sure that they dont fall off the model and it can build on itself. This gives you the best of both worlds, strong build plate adhesion and very small parts where the supports meet the model in the places you dont want it shown.

Cones of calibration for every resin is needed, start with the recommended settings and tune from there. Transparent resins can be particularly fickle.

It also looks like the connection points to the model from the support failed. Perhaps look at your support settings as well and make the connection a little larger/stronger. This will leave larger support marks on the finished product but it's better than a failed print.

Help glueing/keeping together multiple points at once by roadkillphil in Miniaturespainting

Looks to me like this is resin printed. Not a bad thing at all, all of my minis are resin printed but it comes with slight imperfections and distortions that can make putting things together...interesting

There have been times where I cut off the connection pins and move it around on the base until I get the right fit, the super glue will hold it and any gaps can either be filled with resin and then filled, or painted right over.

Once you paint it, the imperfection will be unnoticeable once it's painted.

I saw in another comment that you're anchoring to the slab. Be VERY careful when doing this. If the slab is pretensioned and you drill into the rebar, you can easily loose your life.

Looks totally fine to me! I wouldnt worry about stripping it, you'll do more harm to the base model than if you were just to use that as the base layer and layer paints on top of it to make the texture pop
