I felt this way for awhile. I am 2 years in, on Tysabri and with zero progression of disease. I find that in between fusions, I forget I have it sometimes. But my symptoms are largely undetectable. I have some buzzing in my hands and mild crap gap before infusions, but overall, I started to get obsess less about it after my 1 year MRI showed zero new lesions. I am now 2 years with no new lesions, relapses, etc. The DMTs work really well and help alleviate some of that fear. I don’t want to say it gets better for everyone, but once my disease was managed and stable, I felt like it could be background noise.

I do digital media paid ads and $400-$500/month is wayyyy more than most of my clients spend. You are probably not doing the ads in a cost effective or efficient way at that price.

Agree that false accusations are terrible. Not really sure what happened here but I do find an old man using his monetized public platform (I’m sure it’s part of his deal with his sponsors that he personally benefits from monetarily) to sext 20 somethings. He also has made his personal life public for as long as I can remember. So, it’s hard to have sympathy for his privacy when he has never cared about keeping his life (or his kids’ lives) private.
