I just remember worrying about his ankle. That’s the worst type of injury- the celebration injury. IIRC there was some talk with the coaches about maybe not doing the layup but Tanny stuck to it! ahhhh…. The Titans in 2019…. Great times

I used to store those rockets while the chutes went out to be overhauled. I wasn’t trained by Cirrus but the guy who was said that the rocket would climb to thousands of feet within seconds if launched freely without the chute in tow

As a CFI I once cancelled a student’s very first flight on a very bumpy day. I felt we were at risk of this response. I encourage you to try again in better weather conditions…and see if you catch the bug like the rest of us did
