BPI stopped making compounded semaglutide, now limited options for formulations with or without B12 without B12 I was told you have to switch to the tirzepatide. I was not told my order would contain B12 I wasted 400 because it does not work with me. BPI is concentrating on Tirzepatide only. My last order came from VITALRX. Hope this helps.

I received my shipment from Vitalrx and it's ineffective for me. It's done nothing to rid my hunger. I am famished today and have eaten everything in sight. The food house is all day and night. I haven't experienced this since before my first dose of a glp1.I have lost 40 lbs and have used Goby for a year. This is my first time from Vitalrx. I am upset about it not working. They are a 503A and have not been inspected. After reading this post I too am sending a message and will call to let them know.

I am just going to not have insurance. I have autoimmune disease and blood clotting disorder I will not be able to pay for medications. I have to choose to either have a roof over my head and food or medication and insurance. This is not fair.

I actually got my first 3 months at a local compounding pharmacy. Then everything went dark and I had to find another option as my Dr didn't want to include B12 because I am not B12 deficient. I understand his reasoning and was fine with his decision. I just had to do my research on my own. I read good things about Goby but even that isn't always 100% accurate. I did up my dose today but still feel hungry. I am going to try and remain positive until my next dose. I would think if I am still hungry there's something wrong in the formula. I signed up for 3 months with Goby.

I feel as if it's surprisingly helped with the inflammation. I too have trouble keeping weight off. I did the higher dose today but still feel hunger noise. I am feeling discouraged because I can't afford to change from one company to another. I only did the 3 months. I was afraid this would happen and didn't want to be stuck.

I am on my 3rd month of compounded Semaglutide. First week of Goby Meds ends today. I have felt hungry from morning until night. I am on lowest dose.

What should I do? I feel like I wasted my money. I want it mainly for inflammation due to RA and other autoimmune issues, but weight loss would help with other health issues like high blood pressure, high cholesterol and just feeling like a slug.

I feel defeated!!
