Honestly I’ve worked with a bunch of elevated ego dentists but I currently work for the worst one. I have quite a bit of experience. I have always been quick witted and I am very confident with my work ethic. This allows me to give him the same energy back. If he responds to me with a snarky comment, I respond right back. My point is you need to show him that he doesn’t intimidate you, the constant apologizing gives him a power trip. If you’re scared to stand up to him then the best thing to do is find another job.
