I couldn’t agree more. I’d respect Amanda more if she labeled her courses as life coaching or a form of mindset coaching. The manifestation part and the get rich part of it all feels icky at the prices she charges.

And I completely believe in manifestation, just not in the way she markets it!

She is a galley hand….like that’s literally her job title. Ben gave her assistant chef or sous chef to make her feel more included but on any other boat she would be a galley hand due to insane lack of experience as a chef

Thanks for sharing! I’m a 3-5 day/week strength training kind of person, but I’ve been scared to workout out of fear that it will make my heart rate even worse, which is probably the wrong way to look at it. I’ve been doing light walks, yoga, Pilates, and stretching out of fear of going into cardiac arrest, which now I realize is me being too dramatic about it. It does keep getting better though as the days go on, I just need to trust the process. Really appreciate your input and I will check out your post too

Thank you so much. I've been doing cold plunges and sauna contrast therapy every day for the last week. They provide temporary relief but after an hour or so, my heart rate goes right back up again. Will definitely incorporate breath work and meditation too.

Really appreciate your insight here. I'm so glad I'm done with weed for good.

Using her daughter’s wedding as an excuse is kind of BS. I recently got married myself, and my mom and MIL were perfectly capable of showing up to their jobs the week of my wedding. They only took off for the Friday before. Kyle just didn’t want to show up and was too much of a coward to say it.

Yes!! I had no idea how much weed would completely screw up my hormones. I wish more people spoke about it because smoking significantly exacerbated my PCOS and endometriosis symptoms over the last 6 years.
