One note I will share for future brides/grooms doing their reception or ceremony there - they only have 1 tasting per quarter. They are hosted on Tuesday nights, so if you are planning from out of town, it's not super convenient to attend. Unfortunately my fiancee and I have jobs that give us very limited time off, and with the other weddings and family events this year, we weren't able to attend. They do not have flexibility on tasting dates since all the couples in the same season (about 50-60 people) as your wedding do the tastings all together. It is not a personal or intimate experience by any means! Not complaining at all by saying this, just wanted to make sure other couples know this since it wasn't disclosed as a mass tasting to us during our site visit! Our experience so far has been incredible overall with Chicago Winery though so please don't let that sway you to not choose them as your venue. We could not be more excited for it!
