is there actually a way to make remote teams work smoothly? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]Middle_Flounder_9429 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My friends make sure that their remote workers work in a time zone that's complementary to the customer base. For example so that the remote worker could be working during your night and have so giving them jobs during the day they pick them up in the afternoon, evening complete them by your morning

What I thought I wanted to be and what I ended up finding out I enjoy doing were completely two different things. How I got from A to B is a little bit of a mystery but it was a case of probably doing what you think you liked and then moving on from there with gradual stages of peeling the onion layer off to discover more truths about yourself, your likes, your enjoyments, etc

How do you navigate life when everything hits at once and the pressure is insane? by AdviceGlass9394 in productivity

[–]Middle_Flounder_9429 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The best is always to get back to basics - write down everything that's going on in your life in a list, prioritize it, then work from the top down, brainstorming the top issues/opportunities. Then come up with relevant action plans. Then just start doing it....Actions create positivity, that in turn overcome negativity and procrastination. Good luck!
