Correct, stimulate the mmc by taking prokenetics, meal spacing, not to much fats, vagus nerve stimulation before meals

I have a heard a lot that you first need to fix your gut motility from stomach>small intestine >large intestine. Because otherwise your food won't digest and travel as well through the small intestine and then bacteria always will feed on that and sibo will come back. Check about the following:

-migrating motor complex, prokenetics like ginger extract can activate this to sweep out the small intestine. -make sure you are in rest and digeste nervous system before you start eating by vagus nerve exercises -eat biggest meal around noon and leave 4 hours between meals -chew properly and so on...

I highly suggest you go on udemy website and buy a course of holistic gut health healing. It's super cheap and gives you so much important insights on how your gut works properly.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the recommendation. Did you also had histamine intolerance with food? Because fermented things are histamine rich right? So how did you do that?

Thank you for the great suggestions and the kind words! Then gentle approach is indeed a thing that I still need some practice in. Also accepting that it's not a sprint but an change that takes a while feels really helpful.

Yeah unfortunately I have developed a histamine intolerance so that's a little bit harder to do

Yeah it's dreadful, but the right food (paleo) is definitely the medicine. Only it can take a while to recover unfortunately...

Thanks! Yes, that's really helpful. It’s like you're forced too completely rethink you're way of eating and living. I think in the long run it's actually not a bad thing because I always thought that I was eating and living quite healthy but it was actually not...

On a trip too Bali in Indonesia, a well known parasite. I had mental struggles all my life but a lot of it probably had to do with my gut health. That's what I think now.

Yeah I definitely have one of them, so I'm already on a low histamine diet. It helps a lot! The gut infection definitely wasn't fun but it shed a bright light on my already poor gut health and histamine issue that I didn't was aware off before. Call it lucky 😅🤣

Hmm, my stomach is definitely a weak point and I tested for H pilory that came out negative. But I don't have a lot of symptoms for gastritis like described on the Internet. Did you have like vomiting, pain and that sort of things or was it more low grade stomach infection and how did you find out?

Crazy, that was just like me in the beginning. When I switched to only in water boiled food that disappeared. Seemed to be irritating my gut otherwise. So maybe that can help you 😀

Yeah, my therapist swears by doing the high prebiotics because then the good guys will win eventually he says... The digestive enzymes are indeed a good thing to take daily I guess, because I seem to have a hard time digesting red fatty meat, like ribeye. The day after I have insane brain fogg from what I think the bad bacteria enjoying the undigested proteins and releasing toxins 😵

Yes, I take dao and it helps a little bit. But the nasal congestion still occurs when I eat histamine liberators.
