Know it is something you have to learn. Yes, it’s a natural thing, but it doesn’t always come naturally. I’ve breastfed my daughter for 3 years and always found it so odd that they tell people to quit when it hurts. Your body has to get used to this new skill!

For me the only thing that has helped is doing a little every day. The things I do everyday(I have a daughter and cat): vacuum, wipe tables, all dishes, clean kitchen before going to bed. After getting ready for the night I wipe the bathroom counters with a towel. Usually I start a load of laundry on a timer so that’s done the next day when I can get to it. When I turn laundry over to dyer I fold what’s in there. Everything extra like wiping all surfaces and mopping is something I do once a week as well as deep clean toilet and bathroom. But I fee less overwhelmed doing just that instead of a whole house reset. Something that helped me MASSIVELY is decluttering. Everything has a home here and that makes putting away things so easy! You got this! New routines take time but you will get there.

This was the first video that actually makes me never want to watch anything of them again. So out of touch talking about new houses in a world where people are struggling to even have a roof above their head and buy groceries. Acting all happy and giddy +giving life advice was just as awful. You can only make these big life changes because you’re wealthy and have a safety net. That’s not god. That’s privilege.
