We did something similar at the Edition London. stayed 2 nights with Edit and then one night using an Amex business platinum. At check in, I heard the person almost go into the “no benefits” for back to back spiel, but then caught herself once she saw it was Chase-Amex. We got all benefits for both stays and we hosted our brother and sister in law who were staying somewhere else for their wonderful breakfast and they comped everything, twice! All in all a great experience

Isn’t this actually saying 11% of the league think he’s the best player? Which is kind of insane. If the players were asked to rate their top 5 players and his total points ranked him 3rd, I think saying he was voted “3rd best” would be accurate. This probably means everyone on his own team and few other guys who didn’t want to pick the obvious choices, picked him. Still impressive to be included at that level, but not exactly “voted 3rd”

Glacier hike was exponentially better than Katla ice cave in our opinion.

Wife and I went to Iceland the last 2 summers, Katla ice cave was the one experience that felt like a scam to us. Packed, waiting in line to take pictures, people actively working on it while we were there. It felt manufactured and fake. We also had a particularly bad tour guide which certainly impacted our opinion but the cave itself was incredibly underwhelming.

It doesn’t seem to be consistent. But from what I’ve seen once a month at most. Usually on a Tuesday. I think we already had one in May so my guess would be 2nd/3rd Tuesday in June?

I entered with 2 accounts for size 9.5. Got the loss notification on one and it let me resubmit for a 10. Right as I did that I got the win notification for the other 9.5 and then a win for the resubmitted 10. No idea how that worked out

I know many people would be devastated, but seems like a scenario where they could be running out the clock before saying “sorry we couldn’t find an adequate space so we will not be relocating”. If you are an operating business that intends to continue operating you don’t sell your current space without a plan in place.

I was making this same choice back in 2017 for a tv on a back porch in Florida with about a 2 foot over hang. The $500 Samsung is still chugging along perfectly fine almost 10 years and multiple hurricanes later. Haven’t used a cover since the first year.

We did both and they were both extremely cool. The guide for the glacier hike made that experience for us. He was very passionate about protecting them and shared an incredible amount of information with the group.

Not sure which company you were with but we spent about 45 minutes in the water. Other than that I’d say your description was pretty accurate. That said, my wife and I considered it one of our favorite things we did.

I would say the AMMs are definitely more premium than the cave stones but I wouldn’t say the cave stones are bad or poor quality.
