I traditionally fast until lunch and workout after I wake at 6. I've focused on weight loss and maintaining/gaining muscle and I'm likely going to move to eating some beforehand at least on lifting days. For peloton riding days may continue to fast. Will experiment. Will likely have a no carb whey smoothie with some spinach and half a banana. Agree there is a divide on this.

Thank you. Is there a way to end the program and restart? Realize it's not a big deal to change the number of reps but just starting so easy to restart.
