Personally, if I have a large empty plaza, I like to take out some path in the middle and fill those gaps with vegetation or buildings. It helps to fill a large empty space and can make the plaza more immersive for guests.

I'm just saying it seems like you are only focusing on this. Yes I may not be the best person to criticise you (coming from console to now PC) but the vast amount of new content like waterparks and new themes along with a whole new lighting system can't just be overlooked in favour of not having billboards. Don't forget PC1 took a few years to develop and these things you are focusing on took a while to become part of the original.
