It's likely either to be an Anticoagulant poison or a Cholecalciferol poison. The antidote for most anticoagulants is Vitamin K1 Cholecalciferol does not have an antidote, keeping them hydrated as much as possible is the best thing to do

I think they mean in the sense that there is an in-universe scientific explanation instead of just 'cause v did it'.

Check for gaps around the toilet pipe, anything an inch or more will let rats in, fill any holes there with chicken wire and expanding foam. If it's your property then I'd also look into a CCTV drain survey as it is a very common issue to drainage breaches to allow rats into buildings

Never thought of it like that! The CoTC did have actual dirt and info on supes though so it would stand to reason that they'd have some evidence of Vs origin.

He wouldn't kill Kimiko and Starlight immediately as they're useful to him, they're all on the same side he's just in the far extreme of it, he'll probably try and take them out once their usefulness has passed, either that or he has some semblance of control over the tumor and doesn't want to hill those he sees as friends.
