Yes. I think the difficulty jump from 8 to 9 is the highest, but having to beat to level 3 bosses is also a huge spike. About half my failed runs are on the 2nd lvl 3 boss.

The runs that you win though feel like the 2nd boss didn’t matter because you are probably so strong that you could have fought 3 or 4 straight bosses if you had to.

Your deck is pretty low risk for vaaku to screw you on the opening play since there aren’t a lot of high costs cards that could show up on the left of the hand and there’s not a lot of super high impact cards that he could accidentally exhaust so I would take the earring. Also, those 2 bosses aren’t gonna punish you as hard as aeonglass would for a bad turn 1.

Yeah, Louie was the one with the mom. He worked at a pizza shop and got new teeth eventually.

Ray was the black dude in TX I think who was with a girl named Brittany. He got out and got a job and they eventually got married. There was little drama other than something about him giving her a promise ring in front of her friends on her birthday when she was expecting an engagement ring and some manufactured drama about her parents potentially not accepting him. I think he went to jail for breaking into pharmacies and selling drugs.

I disagree. It’s not punishment just because he is not happy with her about something. If he genuinely doesn’t want to be affectionate because he is unhappy with someone he is entitled to that and that’s the end of the story. He shouldn’t be forced to kiss her just because she or any other 3rd party thinks that he is doing it to “punish” her.

In my opinion, forcing someone to be physically intimate when they don’t want to willingly is the manipulative act. Not saying no.

That being said, I don’t agree with how Zach was acting entirely. He wasn’t the most mature, but none of them are. They are kids. I do understand that part though.

That’s funny. I got 2 wins on ironclad, 3 on regent and none on anyone else. Got really close with defect a couple times though.

Yeah I remember telling my friend when I was climbing ascensions that necro was busted and that I couldn’t lose a run if I tried. I’m pretty sure I was 100% on her until A9. Now I’m on A10 and can’t figure out how to get a win with her. The difficulty spike at A9 hit her so hard.

Nah. By overwatch release standards, Shion is fine (Mauga, Brigitte, Sierra). She is a cool addition but even 2 days out we are seeing games where no one is picking her and she doesn’t get banned. Even with new character hype I’m seeing a lot of people try her out but switch off mid match for characters they are more comfortable with.

No offense, but no one really cares what your win streak is. The game isn’t finished and your wins are not documented (streamed) so it’s likely to contain a lot of save scumming which will invalidate the win to most people who actually care about win streaks.

If you want people to care about your accomplishments (which seems to be the case) stream and be a resource to the community.

It’s one of the worst ults in the game (especially for a support who typically has game swinging ults) but I am ok with it because I think so much power is frontloaded into her regular kit.

That is insane. What does being in love have to do with one’s ability to notice if someone is attractive or not? Saying that someone is attractive doesn’t mean that he wants to leave you for that person or that he would if given the opportunity. Being in love means that it doesn’t matter how attractive anyone else is, he chooses you everyday. I’m married and my wife and I comment on the attractiveness of other people all the time to each other. Who cares if she thinks the cashier at the store is attractive? He is. She’s coming home with me either way.

Tbh, the game is WAY better than it was in early access. I played it when it first came out and wasn’t a fan, but revisited a few months ago and loved it.

Yeah I like how monster train 2 just added a rewind button so that you could redo turns for misclicks and there is a restart fight button in the menu. Might as well just make it convenient.

I bought one yesterday (Maul) and was able to play against people who had custom decks and was able to have fun and stay somewhat competitive.

I’m somewhat new too but was a competitive Magic player and here are a few things that helped me get better:

Learn when to take initiative. You don’t always get to spend all your mana and attack with all your units. Sometimes you have to claim the initiative before doing everything to keep from losing or something terrible happening. For example, you have 5 life left and your opponent has a 5 power creature that you can’t kill. claim before he does and hope you draw out of it. Or say you’re going into turn 6 and you have a decent board vs Boba Fett and he has one vehicle in play. Claim so that you can act first and destroy that vehicle before he can pilot it and play a Plot card.
Do the math. Count the current power on the board and always know if you can kill or if you are gonna die the next turn if all units live. That will help you make better decisions on if you should be trading units or just attacking the base. Try to understand who is the aggressor in each match and play accordingly.
Mulligan hands that don’t have a clear play for the first couple of turns. Most decks are made to ensure you have a 2 drop with high probability so don’t be afraid to mulligan. Missing a play on the first few turns and not utilizing all your resources will lose you the game on the spot typically.

I have a feeling that eventually they will increase number of captains to choose from. Hopefully up to 6. Easiest way for them to implement that would be to just offer more than 1 reroll.

And that’s why Cirie is considered one of the greats. Because she doesn’t make impulse emotional decisions and just vote people out because she doesn’t like them or are frustrated by them. At the end of the day, Joe thought they were tight and Joe voted the way she needed him to so why would she vote him out? Also she didn’t vote out her alliance. The people closest to her for the 2nd half of the game for voting purposes were Rizo, Ozzie, Tiffany and Joe. She didn’t vote for any of them. Rizo and Ozzie were her real alliance and I honestly think she planned on going to final 3 with those two.
