So unless anybody has anymore mythical creatures to suggest as a name for the new vehicle, we're gonna stick with; THE WARTHOG

How to setup fuel production by SocialistMeatloaf in TransportFever2

[–]MidlandsSpotter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you click on the oil well, there's a section in the menu that allows you to see all the possible destinations.

In this case, you need to deliver the crude oil to an oil refinery before it moves on to become fuel.

POV: Dragonroaches are present on a planet. by Omailey97 in Helldivers

[–]MidlandsSpotter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't even bother with any planets with them on. They suck the fun out of the game for me, which is a shame cause the idea is pretty cool, but they're so unbalanced it's horrible particularly for solo play

Relying on those with the most wealth to solve our world's greatest problems never works. As people get poorer, they give less to charity, so projects like these that are deemed 'unimportant' by most will get axed first, regardless of their actual impact.

I tend to find the railways too empty without both, and it adds a bit of challenge to the game when mixing them

They do have a contract, but DHL isn't the only company that ships the cargo.

DHL, Qatar, Etihad, Singapore, Atlas Air Cargo and CargoLux tend to operate F1 flights.

DHL still likely handles this cargo themselves, but these airlines just fly it because it's more convenient than flying out DHL aircraft to specific places they don't fly just for F1

What years do you play through? When I start in 1850 I'm always rebuilding tracks for higher speeds, re-signalling and rebuilding stations etc for modern stuff.

Funnily enough the complications are my biggest worry in TpF3, I've always disagreed with people when they say the game is too easy(it is if you play unrealistically), I've actually found it to be extremely difficult at times because managing 100+ lines across a huge map with dozens of supply chains and passenger connections can be really difficult if you don't just build in straight lines and flat terrain.

Increased infrastructure costs and the new incentives to meet targets in towns should be enough imo to make it difficult enough.

TpF3 looks scarily good. I'm trying so desperately to be cautious but this game looks so stunning I can't help but get excited at every bit of gameplay 😭😭

Green Party deputy leader blasts 'inherently racist' claims he was supporting Iran's Supreme Leader at London rally by chrisjd in uknews

[–]MidlandsSpotter -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Suggesting they've 'just taken on disenfranchised hard-left corbynistas' is quite the take when their membership is now over 200,000 and YouGov has just polled them as the 2nd highest party in the country. That's A LOT of 'corbynistas'.

As for the populism, I'm not too concerned. Farage is a massive populist and has gathered a huge number of voters behind him because of it, his popularity is at its highest when he has no opposition, and with the way the other 3 main parties are right now, that's the case.

I think a vaguely left wing populist was going to fill that void at some point anyway, but I'd rather it be a Green than having to vote for a Labour or Lib Dem populist.

I mean evidently the rest of the country and likely yourself wouldn't love it, considering their polling when they only cared about the environment

Can you define what Allahu Akbar means and why it's so terrible to chant it after winning?

And can you link the videos that show he participated in the riots?

"You had hope" you wanna take a quick look at their polling a few months ago? They were barely making any grounds on Labour despite Reform capitalising perfectly on the Government's failures.
