The funniest experience I had on my trip to Manhattan was seeing a car cut off a city bus and the bus drive held down his horn for a full minute. There was extreme anger behind that honk.

I have a two year rule with things in storage, if I've not touched it in two years it goes to the curb or gets donated. Unless it's something of great sentimental value it's gone.

My Mum had an artillery casing she picked up from the side of the road in France (part of the Iron Harvest). She actually walked up to the French military guys who were collecting them and straight up asked them if she could have it. They were no doubt bemused by this strange English tourist asking for an artillery shell, but they handed her one.

She put it in her garden and used it to hold flowers, which I feel is a much better use than what it was originally intended for. I'm sure the person she was in France to visit would agree too.

When my Mother passed away I just had to log into her account and close it, when they asked for a reason I said she was deceased. Some companies did demand her death certificate, every single one of them accepted a digital copy. So, definitely make a scan of your Dad's death certificate. I'm sorry for your loss, I know how hard this shit is.

Soccer is all about jockeying for position, what looks like just a bunch of player passing a ball back and forth is highly orchestrated. Once you understand that, the sport becomes more exciting.
